1. Warranty

Aerion Labs, Inc., proudly stands behind its products because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Aerion warrants to the owner of the product that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase. If you believe you have received a defective device, Aerion will either repair or replace the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. 

This limited warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the device and to devices purchased directly from aerionlabs.com or one of our authorized sellers. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for devices purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. 

Aerion limits the applicability of implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties of any kind. Our sole liability for any defect shall be as set forth in this limited warranty and excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages. No person or entity is authorized to make any other warranty on our behalf.

2. Returns Policy

Aerion products are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, accessories, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return processing.
